All Banners must adhere to the exact specifications or they will be rejected.  All Banners must be in English.  NO PORN, VIOLENCE, HYIP, GAMBLING, Political or anything in poor taste are allowed.  If you are hosting your own banner and you change it after the initial check to anything that violates the TOS your banner will be removed from the site and there will be no refund.

Exclusive Advertising: Because of the nature of Multi Level Marketing, Direct Marketing and Affiliate Marketing, Ultimate Profits offeres no exclusive advertising for any company.  The consumers ability to compare what is offered is key to their making a final decision whether they are shopping or looking for a certain product or home base business.

Ultimate Profits will never knowingly place two ads from the same company on the same page.  If this does occur, the senior ad will remain and other ads will be moved if possible or have their ad upgraded.  

Featured Ads do not share the main panel with other advertising.  The main panel is the white area.

A month is the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.  Site owner reserves the right to allow an expired ad to remain until it's space is filled at no charge additional charge to the existing customer.

A week starts on Sunday and ends Saturday at midnight PST.

Subscriptions can be set up in 3 month intervals and paid up front or monthly.  Please do not pay for 3 months unless you plan to advertise for 3 full months! 

Any specials or discounts offered must be paid in full at the time of order in order to recieve the bonus offered. 

Site owner not responsible for outages or failure beyond the owners control.  No refunds will be given for outages that are the responsibility of the owner, instead additional Ad space or time will be added to that subscribers term.

Owner reserves the right to change the TOS as needed to maintain the integrity of the directory.  Any changes to TOS and pricing will be sent to advertisers 30 days in advance.  If you have paid your advertising in advance of 1 month, you will incur no additional charges until your ad term expires should you choose to renew. 

Specials and sale pricing is renewable at Ultimate Profits discression.
